Case Study
After a major home renovation, the Robertsons had fallen in love with their newly finished interior, only to step outside and notice how far the exterior had fallen behind. Years of piecemeal improvements had left a yard stitched together from disconnected phases: different patios, walkways, and plantings added without a guiding vision, and the result was a property that felt incomplete.
They weren’t looking for another one-off fix. They wanted a full-property plan. Clean Peak developed a complete design to do exactly that with new foundation plantings around the entire home, refinement of the front walkway, side patio, and bluestone steps, natural boulders chosen to echo the home’s existing stonework, and hundreds of flowering perennials planted around the water feature to bring season-long color to the space. Every decision was made with Chester County’s climate in mind: plants chosen to thrive here, materials selected to age well.
What came together was a yard that finally matches the home it surrounds. The Robertsons can come home each evening to a peaceful space that’s theirs to relax in or share with friends, with a long-term plan that means no more patching things together.
