Our Story

Phil has over 10 years of experience in the landscape industry, with a strong foundation in both plant design and project execution. He was initially introduced to his passion for landscaping while training under the owner of Waterloo Gardens, one of the leading nurseries in the region, where he developed a deep understanding of plant material, layout, and long-term landscape performance.

Over the years, Phil has designed and installed thousands of projects ranging from simple foundation plantings to full property transformations. His experience includes collaborating with designers, architects, and homeowners to bring together high-end design with practical budget alignment, helping clients prioritize what matters most while still achieving a cohesive, beautiful result.

Phil is known for his clear communication, attention to detail, and transparent process. He is driven by a desire to serve people well, ensuring each client feels confident, informed, and respected throughout the entire project. His goal is not just to complete a project, but to build long-term relationships through quality work and a thoughtful, straightforward experience.

 Phil went to high school and college locally at Henderson High School and West Chester University. He now lives in Coatesville with his wife Dani, & two children Maela and Silas. Phil loves all things outdoors from just being in nature to most sport activities.

Since the early days, Ellie has played a foundational role in the development of Clean Peak. She now serves as the company’s controller, bringing a sharp eye for financial health and a passion for sustainable business growth. Ellie manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to keep Clean Peak on solid footing. She continues to support the company’s long-term vision through high-level strategy and financial insight. Outside of work, she’s a busy mom of four, a lover of creative projects, and someone who finds joy in bringing order and clarity wherever she goes.

Jordan brings over a decade of hands-on experience across structural construction, high-end outdoor living, and residential project management, with a strong focus on craftsmanship.

His background includes 11+ years of working with commercial and residential structural steel and concrete building systems, providing a deep understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance. Over the past 8 years, Jordan has specialized in high-end hardscaping, delivering tailored outdoor spaces for some of the Philadelphia metropolitan area’s most discerning clientele.

In addition, Jordan has 9 years of experience in project management within custom residential construction and retrofitting, where he has overseen projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment between design intent, budget, and execution. His experience also includes 8 years in historical restoration, where attention to detail and respect for original craftsmanship are essential.

Jordan has also had the opportunity to execute projects under world-renowned architect Peter Zimmerman, as well as Charles Hess, further refining his ability to deliver work that meets the highest standards of design, detail, and execution.

At Clean Peak, Jordan helps deliver anything from simple front walkways to full outdoor living spaces. His approach is rooted in clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to delivering results that meet both aesthetic and structural expectations.
