Clean Peak Landscaping was founded in West Chester, PA in 2017 out of a love for people and nature.

We are a mentor-focused business where we prioritize our team, empowering them to develop. Our team offers our clients sincere care and the highest level of professionalism through landscaping, hardscaping and design services.

Our team is hard working, humble, and honest which enables us to accomplish the hopes and dreams of those we serve. We seek to show ourselves in all respects to be models of excellence and let everything we do reflect integrity and honorability in our creating and maintaining landscapes.

Phil brings a relentless passion for learning, development, and creativity to the team. Growing up in a large family, he learned early on the value of meaningful relationships built on trust. Shortly after graduating from Henderson High School in West Chester, PA, Phil’s love for the outdoors sparked a passion for landscaping—especially plants. What began as a personal interest quickly grew into a full-time pursuit. Phil was soon joined in business by his sister, Ellie, and cousin, Danny. He now lives in Coatesville, PA with his wife, Dani, and their daughter, Maela.

Since the early days, Ellie has played a foundational role in the development of Clean Peak. She now serves as the company’s controller, bringing a sharp eye for financial health and a passion for sustainable business growth. Ellie manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to keep Clean Peak on solid footing. She continues to support the company’s long-term vision through high-level strategy and financial insight. Outside of work, she’s a busy mom of four, a lover of creative projects, and someone who finds joy in bringing order and clarity wherever she goes.

Meet Danny, co-owner of Clean Peak and our expert in sales and project/maintenance management! Danny loves creating maintenance plans that simplify people’s lives, ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Karis, and their 6-month-old daughter, Della. Whether he’s streamlining operations or making memories with his family, Danny brings dedication and passion to everything he does. We’re lucky to have him on the team!

Outside of work, he enjoys family time, beach travel and backpacking—adventures that reflect his thoughtful, grounded spirit. His dedication and kindness make a lasting impact, and we’re truly blessed to have him on the Clean Peak team!
